SONG TRANSLATION & ACCENT COACHING
A gifted linguist who holds an M.A. degree in Translation and Interpretation, Kenny often translates songs (English<->French, English<->Spanish, and English<->Haitian Creole) for numerous acclaimed artists. His skillset (linguist, teacher, songwriter and vocalist) places him in a unique position enabling him to ensure the client will render a professionally-executed performance. For quality-control purposes, a native-speaker of the target language – who doubles as a musician – edits and collaborates on all translation projects.
FEE: song translation – $300 to $450 per song + negotiable publishing percentage (may require a new copyright); virtual accent coaching – $100 per hour (via skype – $100 minimum will be incurred); face-to face accent coaching – $125 per hour + travel/lodging expenses.
